Piers Benbow

Managing Partner

Piers is Founder and Managing Partner of the firm and personally responsible for the Fixed Income Trading business at Eden Search. He has been in executive search since 1999 having previously worked at The Rose Partnership (1999-2003) and Hammond Partners (2004-2008). With over 20 years’ experience advising clients across the market’s business, and having been responsible for some key high level hires Piers has made a name for himself as one of the go to fixed income search partners in EMEA. Piers read Natural Sciences (Biology & Psychology) at Durham University.

Damien Patel

Partner

Damien joined Eden Search in 2012 from another boutique search firm. Having built our FX practise from scratch, he has established long lasting key relationships at European and Global level across our clients. Active across all areas of FX, with a particularly focus on trading, sales and structuring, Damien has completed senior hires in Europe, US and Asia. Outside of work he likes to tell people that he has run 3 marathons, follows his football team throughout Europe, and seldom loses on the squash court. Damien read English & Philosophy at Nottingham University.

Jonathan Basher

Partner

Jonathan covers Northern European Fixed Income Sales & Structuring (Asset & Liability side). He started his career with SThree in 2008 moving to Eden Search in 2009. He is a frequent visitor to the Stoop and will happily bore anyone who wants to hear about the marathons he has run, triathlons or long distance swimming. Jonathan graduated from Durham University

ALLY HUTCHINSON

RESEARCHER

Alexandra works alongside both Jonathan and Damien covering Fixed Income Sales & Structuring, as well as FX Sales & Trading. She joined Eden Search in 2024 having started her career at Odin Partners in 2022. Alexandra read French Language and Literature (MA, Hons) at the University of St Andrews.

Chiara Cinquepalmi

Consultant

Chiara specialises in Fixed Income Sales & Structuring, with a focus on Southern Europe, Frabelux and CEEMEA markets. She joined Eden Search in 2010 having started her career in 2005. Chiara holds a Masters Degree in Advanced European Studies from the College of Europe and a BA in International Relations & Diplomatic Affairs from the University of Bologna in Italy. She is Italian mother tongue and speaks fluent French. As a typical Italian, she is passionate about food but is a terrible cook, preferring instead to go out to new restaurants. She loves sushi, does not like marmite and loves to eat her cereals in her cappuccino, much to the amusement of all her colleagues.
